EVENT PLANNING

We are here to help plan your event from beginning to end. Our complete event planning packages include everything that are day of coordination packages include and so much more. We can help do everything from the inception of your ideas to the implementation of them with venues, vendors and guests. There is no event too big or too small. We want to take all of the stress away from you so you could enjoy your special day with your guests.

DAY OF COORDINATION 

~ All aspects of event planning and organization with specialization in day of coordination.

~ All day of coordination packages include the following: ~8-12 hours on wedding day to help decorate, organize vendors, answer guests questions, make sure the bride and groom are taken care of, organizing the bridal party, making sure everyone knows their roles, set up place cards and centerpieces, organize everything at the end of the night to be packed up and so much more.

~ A coordinator for up to two hours on the night of your rehearsal to make sure everyone knows what to do and what their jobs are. This is also a time when any last minute questions will be answered and we make sure that your vision is being met.

~ Your coordinator will also help during the planning process to answer any questions you may have and to help find vendors that match your budget and style.

~ Your coordinator will help create a timeline for wedding day that all vendors can follow so that there is nothing left out.

~ Your coordinator will help put all the pieces together and do all the “leg work” so that you, your family and guests can enjoy the day instead of having to put it all together.

DECORATING PACKAGES

~ While many area venues are absolutely beautiful, it’s not uncommon for clients to want to add their own personal touch. Our decorating packages can help you do just that. We will work with you to come up with a vision for your space to make it unique to your event period. We then come out on event day to help set up all of the decorations and extra pieces that make your day stand out. Our team is fast, efficient and professional. We can customize a package specifically for you and your venue. Don’t be afraid to ask any questions you may have. There is no event too big or too small.

CANDY & DESSERT BUFFETS

~ Candy and dessert buffets are perfect for any occasion. With handmade treats and all of your favorite sweets to choose from, you can’t go wrong! No matter the size or type of event, we can make a beautiful candy or dessert buffet table to meet your needs. You choose the type of sweets you want and we take care of everything else!

SERVERS & CLEANUP STAFF

~ There are many moving pieces that you are responsible for on event day. Don’t let the cleanup stress you out. We have servers and clean-up crews that can help facilitate serving your guests. Everything from appetizers to desserts. We also have teams that will come in and clean up after your events. These are packages that we can custom tailor to your needs. This includes everything from taking down tables and chairs to removing trash and decorations.
